Utilities

To assist MEGA customers, we have provided a number of support-related utilities, relevant to all recent versions of MEGA (MEGA 5.3 and above). Please note: these utilities require a certain level of expertise and should only be used by advanced MEGA users or with the guidance of MEGA Support.

Remote access

To improve diagnosis, MEGA Support may propose you to perform a remote access to your client by the internet.
We currently use the Netviewer software (http://www.netviewer.com/).
By experience, Netviewer works in 98% of environments.
